RETURN POLICY
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Incorrectly Ordered Items Please note that on orders caused by customer error, we cannot issue credit for shipping in either direction. The customer is responsible for ensuring they order the correct items, and The Sour Moose and sourmoose.ca are not liable for user errors.
Damages The Sour Moose makes every effort to ensure that all products leave our store in good condition and are packaged appropriately. Please inspect your order when you receive it. If there is an issue with your order (defective, wrong item received, etc), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and attempt to rectify the situation. Please note that once a package has left our facility, any issues occurring during the time of transit are not within our control.

Beverages While The Sour Moose and sourmoose.ca take the utmost care in packaging each order, we are not responsible if beverages burst during transit. Please note that the purchaser assumes this responsibility and must contact the courier to open a claim. We cannot offer refunds on burst beverages.
Hot/Cold Weather Issues Even though we take great precautions when shipping your order, The Sour Moose and sourmoose.ca unfortunately cannot control acts of nature. Once your package leaves our store, sourmoose.ca does NOT guarantee any product shipped in warm weather or warm climates, from melting in warm weather to cold temperatures from freezing. As such, The Sour Moose and sourmoose.ca are not liable for any products affected by weather conditions.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for you if you do not wish to take the risk. Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, for the safety of our customers, we cannot return perishable goods such as food and beverages.
All sale items are final sale. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash. Exchanges The Sour Moose and sourmoose.ca do not have a return or exchange policy. All sales are final.
